How we work
What happens to your job, and how the guides are written.
Free, no obligation. One local screeding contractor prices it, not five.

What we do with your job
We pass it to one screeding contractor who covers your county. One contractor, not a list. They ring you, ask for the drawings, the programme and the access, and give you a written rate. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
How the guides are written
- Depths, strength classes, bays and drying follow BS 8204, I.S. EN 13813 and what the screeds on the Irish market need.
- Prices are in euro and say whether VAT is in.
- Where we've worked something out ourselves, such as volumes and days by depth, we say so.
- Local figures come from the CSO, the Census, the EPA and Met Éireann.
What we never do
We never post reviews, ratings or customer numbers that aren't real, and we never show a photo as a job when it isn't one.
